YOGURT PARFAIT

Before I lived with Type 1 Diabetes, I would stop by McDonalds and get their yogurt parfait before work every morning. I decided to make my own healthier version! This can be made in bulk and stored for a grab & go breakfast!

ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt (I use Light & Fit Vanilla. It is pretty low carb!)
  • Fresh Berries 
  • Almonds or Granola

DIRECTIONS

Have fun! Please take these basics as inspiration and put your own twist on it! This can be made in bulk and stored for a grab & go breakfast! Also these are so tasty that they can be served as a dessert! Yum!
