Confident Smile

​Last time we talked, I was on my way to Chicago and to meet with some of my diabuddies! I wanted to make sure my smile was looking nice and sparkly in person. For a few weeks at this point I’ve been using Crest 3D Artic Fresh White. Ever since my braces came off in high school, I’ve been confident in my smile but as of late, I’ve had an extra boost of confidence! 

​I’ve had the opportunity to travel around the United States and talk to teens and adults about confidence. No matter how much confidence you already have, a little boost never hurts! ​One of the most important steps to build confidence is to care for yourself. That can mean a number of things. Care for yourself on the outside, on the inside, mentally, physically. ​If you haven’t checked out my Instagram stories, we totally made #CrestCrew a thing. When I was in Chicago I woke up to my friends Jill, Meg and Austin noticing that they all had Crest toothpaste so they recreated my photo. Then Mary wanted to be part of our #CrestCrew. Then my diabuddies were messaging me their Crest tubes. Then Hannah from California felt left out and wanted to join us so she posted her tube of Crest! I love that!
